Tierra Learning Center, a Washington state non-profit connecting Adults with Developmental Disabilities to nature and community, seeks a dynamic leader to join the management team in a full-time, year-round position as Recreation Program Director.
About the Organization
Founded in 2013, Tierra Learning Center provides homes and services for people with developmental disabilities in a collaborative and integrated community in which people of all abilities live as equal citizens with full respect for their human rights, freedom and dignity.
Based in beautiful Leavenworth WA on 300 acres, Tierra serves 1200 individuals annually. By joining our dedicated team, the Recreation Program Director will oversee a wide variety of recreational activities within our current program offerings as well as develop additional programs.
About the Position
Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Recreation Program Director, in collaboration with team members, is responsible for designing, planning, scheduling, delivering, and evaluating Tierra’s programs for individuals with disabilities.

Compensation Annual salary range to start at $75,000 including an option for private housing, along with health insurance stipend, 2 weeks paid vacation and retirement plan.
Work Schedule Full-time, year-round. Hours and days vary to meet each program delivery schedule.
