Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports (STARS), a nonprofit organization with the mission to empower and
enrich lives through adaptive recreational activities, is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as
our Camps Manager. This position will be responsible for recruiting, planning, organizing, and facilitating
scheduled STARS camps and private groups throughout the year and will oversee a wide variety of activities that
camp participants take part in and ensure that all logistical details are coordinated such as transportation,
lodging/room assignments, meals, auxiliary activities, and use of adaptive equipment. This position will report
to the Program Director and work closely with the Operations Director, Program Manager and Executive
Director to ensure a quality experience is had by all camp and custom group attendees, volunteers and
participants.
Position Status: Full time, Year-Round, Salaried, Benefitted
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 salary, based on experience
