2026 Move United Education Conference
Nominate up to 2 staff/volunteers from your Move United member organization to receive complimentary registration and up to $500 towards travel & lodging at the 2026 Move United Education Conference.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Nominee/member organization must work with Veterans with disabilities at no cost
- Nominee must be affiliated with a Move United member organization
Please note that priority will be given to:
- Member organizations with an operating budget under $500,000
- Nominees who are disabled Veterans with an interest in becoming a coach/volunteer

Eligibility
To qualify, a nominee must be:
- A volunteer or staff member (18 years or older) at a Move United member organization
- Member Organization must work with Veterans with disabilities at no cost in order to be eligible
- Up to 2 individuals may be nominated per member organization
Redemption of Scholarship - Instructions
1. Upon notification of the award, the scholarship recipient is responsible for completing online registration for the event no later than March 13th, 2026.
2. Scholarship recipient is responsible for making all travel arrangements.

5. Reimbursement: Move United will provide reimbursement up to $500 post-event. Please note that the reimbursement is contingent upon attendance of the event and itemized receipts are required for reimbursement. Receipts must be submitted by May 15, 2026.
Reimbursable Expenses:
• Transportation
• Lodging
**Event registration is included in scholarship and will not count towards the total reimbursable expenses.
