REGISTRATION Fee Reimbursement Choice(Required)

All Warfighter Athletes who COMPETE at Nationals will have their registration fees reimbursed. We can add the amount to your $500 scholarship OR we can cancel the charge to your credit/debit card. Please choose below.

Statement of Understanding & Agreement(Required)

I understand that this scholarship is REIMBURSEMENT BASED ONLY and I must submit receipts by the deadlines listed below.

Checking this box indicates that you understand and agree that you are responsible for turning in all itemized receipts by Friday, August 7, 2026 in order to receive the scholarship.

Failure to provide receipts by August 7, 2026, may result in forfeiture of the scholarship.
