This sign up is for athletes with a PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT needing national para powerlifting classification in order to compete in the 2026 The Hartford Nationals conducted by Move United. To be classified, athletes must submit the National Level Para Powerlifting Medical Diagnostic Form. This form must be submitted to USA Para Powerlifting at no later than Friday, June 26, 2026.
