From setup to awards ceremonies, your contribution helps hundreds of athletes push what’s possible on the mountain.

Positions

Administration Volunteer

Responsibilities/Prerequisites

  • Check in participants and answer general event questions
  • Direct participants to clinics and lessons, assist with special guest population
  • Keep check-in area organized, assist with packing and shipping as needed
  • Other responsibilities as requested by the Event Managers

Shifts:

  • Sunday: 12:00pm-2:45pm & 3:00pm-6:00pm
  • Monday-Friday: 7:30am-10:00am & 12:00pm-2:00pm

Race Volunteer

*This is an on-snow position
**Helmets must be worn by ALL participants and instructors on the slopes
***A Lift Ticket will be provided if needed

Responsibilities/Prerequisites

  • Assist with the race administration (run results, hand out race packets/numbers, check-in athletes, etc.).
  • Assist as part of the Slip Crew and Starting. All training will be provided on site.
  • Requirements: must be able to ski/snowboard independently with turns on Blue Terrain. Must have own equipment.
  • Preferred: some race experience (racing or coaching/instruction).

Shift: Friday, December 12, 2025; 8:00am-1:00pm

Social Activities Volunteer

Responsibilities/Prerequisites

  • Bingo Night
    • Assist with the set up/breakdown of evening social events.
    • Shift: TBA

Ski Spectacular Instructor Academy - Assistant

Responsibilities/Prerequisites

  • Print schedules/rosters, collect rosters, and input session attendance
  • Keep continuing education area organized
  • Assist participants in locating their clinics/instructors
  • Other responsibilities as requested

Shifts:

  • Monday: 9:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:00pm

Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Volunteer

Responsibilities/Prerequisites

  • Assist Move United Staff with unboxing and organizing of all shipped and stored items.
  • Keep areas organized and assist with setting up items in their respective areas.
  • Assist with the tear-down, packing, and shipping of items, as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as requested by the Continuing Education Manager.

Shifts:

  • Saturday: 11:00am-3:00pm
  • Friday: 10:00am-12:00pm & 2:00pm-5:00pm
