I understand that as a volunteer with the Move United Competition Committee that I have a responsibility to ensure the organization does the best work possible in pursuit of its mission and goals. I believe in the mission of the organization and will act responsibly and prudently as its steward. My behavior as a Competition Committee member will be consistent with the core values and mission of the organization. As part of my responsibilities as a Competition Committee member: 1) I will interpret the organization's work and value to the community, represent the organization in a positive manner, and serve as a Brand Ambassador. 2) I will attend and actively participate in a minimum of 75% of all meetings conducted throughout the year and be accessible to answer inquiries. 3) I will RSVP my attendance for Competition Committee meetings at least one day in advance to Jessica Cloy. 4) I will act in the best interests of Move United. 5) I will disclose any conflict of interest and excuse myself from any discussions, where applicable. 6) I will stay informed about the activities and current issues of Move United. I will be engaged and request information as needed. 7) I will complete SafeSport training by 3/15/25 or at the time my training must be renewed as dictated by SafeSport. 8) I will complete a Move United National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) background check by 3/15/25 or as requested by Move United if my current screening is still valid.
