2024 Move United Athlete Grant – Spring Receipt Submission

Congratulations! You were selected as a 2024 Move United Athlete Grant – Spring recipient. We are so excited for you!

The Move United Athlete Grant – Spring is a $500 award to be used to support the purchase of adaptive sports equipment or participation related fees (including travel expenses, competition fees, etc.).
Grant funding will be distributed to you by mail upon providing a receipt for purchases – receipts can be submitted via the form below.
Receipts must be provided no later than July 26, 2024.
