2024 THE HARTFORD Nationals

Request Replacement Silver and/or Bronze medals

Due to a manufacturer’s error, the Silver and Bronze medals distributed at Nationals contained inaccuracies with the braille. We are actively working with the manufacturer to correct this error. We apologize for this inconvenience and will mail corrected medals to all Silver and Bronze medal awardees after the event. In order to receive a corrected medal, the form below must be submitted by August 15, 2024.
