Host Hotel Options:

Note that Move United will be working with Helmsbricoe to contract with a local host hotel. When submitting this application, please recommend 2 local host hotels and we will reach out for more information pending your application status. Hotel must be able to accommodate 130 rooms on peak night, have accessible rooms, have meeting space for 450. Room rates under $150/night are preferred to keep event costs low to attendees.
