It’s time to showcase the incredible athletes in our community. Move United is now accepting photo submissions for our 2026 Adaptive Sports Calendar, and we want your best images to inspire the nation.
Submission Deadline: September 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM Est
What We’re Looking For
We’re celebrating athletes with physical disabilities participating in adaptive sports. Your photos should capture:
- The determination and skill of adaptive athletes
- High-quality, horizontal images with clean backgrounds
- Authentic moments that showcase what’s possible through sport
Include with each photo:
- Photographer’s name, contact information, and social media handles
- Photo caption with athlete names, activity description, and location
- Signed photo/media release for all recognizable individuals
- High-resolution images (1 Mb or higher) in .jpeg or .jpg format
- One image per form submission
Eligibility Requirements
- Photographers must be 18 years or older
- Photos taken after January 1, 2023
- Original work only—you must own the copyright
- Minimal digital editing (cropping and basic adjustments only)
- No AI-generated images
- Up to 3 submissions per photographer/organization
Your Impact
Selected photographers will receive up to three copies of the final calendar. Your image will reach thousands nationwide, showing the world what adaptive athletes are truly capable of.
