| IM Able Foundation’s Ruck & Roll combines adventure, endurance, and inclusive recreation at Blue Marsh. A ruck is walking or hiking with a weighted pack, a military-inspired training activity that builds strength and stamina. Participants can choose from three distances (ranging from 3–14 miles) and competitive or recreational divisions based on age and weight carried.
New for 2026: Challenge Stations will test strength, problem-solving, and adventure skills along the course. The Roll portion is designed for adaptive athletes using handcycles, recumbents, and other seated mobility equipment. Plans for 2026 include adaptive e-assist mountain bike demos, group rides, and opportunities to try adaptive equipment in a supportive, high-energy environment. |
