Veterans, caregivers, and staff are invited to learn about the benefits of adaptive sports, recreation therapy, and the specialized programs designed to support individuals following injury, illness, or diagnosis. Life does not stop after trauma or a diagnosis; it simply may look different. Adaptive sports and recreation provide opportunities to continue participating in meaningful activities, rediscover passions, build confidence, and enhance overall well-being. Our goal is to help improve quality of life through connection, movement, and new possibilities.
