Learn MoreWarrior Golf is run as a league in which each week 2-person teams are created and each pair plays a 9 hole scramble style round. Our league is currently hosted at Anchorage Golf Course on Thursday evenings from 6:00-9:30pm. League Set up: Both players will hit a ball and then choose who’s ball has the better lie for their next shot, each player then hits from that chosen spot, and play continues like this throughout the round. Each player in the pair receives the same score for each hole, and for the night. Players are paired with different Warrior Golf member each night to help balance out play as well as build networks and connection amongst the group. After each player has played with every member of the league, the weekly pairing will switch to having the highest ranked player based on current score paired with the lowest ranked player based on current score, second highest with second lowest, and so on. This may change each week as players scores and ranking may change. This keeps thing competitive and fun as we finish out the season. Due to limited space the Warrior Golf league is a first come first serve program, but there is always an option to be added the the “Sub” list in case a player can not make it one week.
