JTCC, the premier tennis center in College Park, MD with the largest comprehensive wheelchair tennis program in the Mid-Atlantic, is thrilled to host a 2022 USTA Wheelchair Tennis All-Comers Camp on July 29-31! This is the first camp to be held in the Mid-Atlantic section since the initiative’s inception in 2004 and one of only 10 prestigious camps offered around the country! The three-day camp is designed for players of all ages and abilities, including juniors and adults ranging from beginner to advanced skill. Led by USA 2020 Paralympic Coach and USTA National Coach Paul Walker and 2x Paralympian Shelby Baron, and supplemented by Mid-Atlantic and JTCC wheelchair tennis certified coaches, the camp will host up to 25 players from around the country! Included with the $150 price of registration is 16 hours of on-court instruction over three days at the beautiful JTCC facility, all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and a special event on Saturday night! The event will run 9am-4pm Friday July 29, 9am-4pm Saturday July 30 with a social in the evening, and 9am-1pm Sunday July 31. JTCC has secured a special hotel rate at the Crowne Plaza Greenbelt for $109 a night for the out-of-town campers. Player scholarships to assist with registration costs are available.
