Wounded Warrior Snowfest
Event Information
Each year, STRIDE invites up to 10 ‘new’ to STRIDE disabled veterans (Post 09/11) to participate in this GATEWAY event to adaptive sports. Along with many Alumni veterans serving as mentors, the group is treated to a long weekend vacation of skiing, riding and adaptive activities with their families at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. The veterans are honored on Friday night celebration dinner before being transported to Jiminy Peak for the weekend of skiing/riding.
