Archery Classification Sign Up

This sign up is for athletes with a PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT needing archery classification in order to compete in the 2024 The Hartford Nationals conducted by Move United. To be classified, athletes must submit the Para Archery Medical Intake and Classification Request Form. For national classification, the Medical Intake Form must be submitted to USA Archery at para@usarchery.org along with a photo headshot no later than Saturday, June 14, 2024.

If you have a VISUAL IMPAIRMENT and need to be classified, please complete the Para Archery Medical Diagnostics Form for Athletes with Visual Impairment and submit to USA Archery at para@usarchery.org along with a photo headshot no later than Saturday, June 14, 2024.
