This sign up is for athletes with a PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT needing track and field classification in order to compete in the 2024 The Hartford Nationals conducted by Move United. In addition, to completing this form, you must submit the National Medical Diagnosis Form to the USOPC Classification Manager at NPCUSAClassification@usopc.org by Friday, June 14, 2024. If you are signing up for a classification appointment after this deadline, please submit your classification paperwork ASAP.
