Para Powerlifting Classification Sign Up

This sign up is for athletes with a PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT needing national para powerlifting classification in order to compete in the 2026 The Hartford Nationals conducted by Move United.

Priority for classification will be given to NextGen and Elite age division athletes. If you are not in these age divisions and you sign up for an appointment, note that your appointment may be cancelled if a NextGen or Elite athlete needs to be seen. You will be notified if your appointment is cancelled.

To be classified, athletes must submit the National Level Para Powerlifting Medical Diagnostic Form. This form must be submitted to USA Para Powerlifting at drjoe@usparapowerlifting.org no later than Friday, June 12, 2026.
