Registration will open on May 1, 2027
Late registration will run June 26 - 29, 2027
Athlete Fees
Entry fees cover access to competition, socials, educational sessions and clinics, medals for the top finishers, and an event communication app as well as a goody bag, credential, and event t-shirt.

2 sports $125
3 + sports $175
Late registration fee: $50
Additional Fees:
- Lunch ticket: Tuesday – Thursday
- Saturday – Monday: Food available for purchase by athletes at food trucks at Calvin University Track and Field Complex.
- Closing Celebrating ticket $XX (12 and younger), $XX (13 and older)
- Closing Celebration to include awards, dessert, and entertainment
Military Athlete Nationals Benefits
All Military athletes receive free registration. They will be reimbursed at check-in on site at The Hartford Nationals. Learn more here.
Coach and Guide Fees
Coach
Entry fees will include access to Coaches’ meetings, competition field of play, socials, educational sessions and clinics, and an event communication app as well as a goody bag, credential, and event t-shirt.
1+ sports: $50

*Coach registration will stay open through 7/15/2027. Coaches that register after 6/25/2027 are not guaranteed an event t-shirt or printed credential.
Guide

*Guides are for athletes with a visual or intellectual impairment, where allowed by sport rules.

Refund Policy
The Hartford Nationals conducted by Move United have a no refund policy. All registrations are considered final upon submission. We will evaluate requests for a refund on a case by case basis for those with a medical or family emergency.
Qualify to Compete

National Classification
National classification will be offered. Sports offering classification will be updated by 5/1/2027. If you have a physical impairment and you require national classification, please schedule an appointment. If you have a visual impairment or an intellectual impairment and you require national classification, please follow procedures outlined here. Scroll down for links to the classification sign up forms.
Athlete Bios needed!
Athletes, please become an Individual Member of Move United. Following completing your membership, please complete the Athlete Bio by June 25, 2027 so that we can better promote your participation at The Hartford Nationals.
Shooting Qualifying Round Sign-Up
All athletes registered to compete in shooting must additionally sign up for a shooting qualifying round for Tuesday, July 13, 2027. Return for a sign up link, which will be shared closer to the start of the competition.
Para Powerlifting Weigh In Sign-Up
Para Powerlifting weigh in will be held on Monday, July 12 and Tuesday, July 13. There are a limited number of slots available for weigh in on Monday. All remaining athletes will be go through weigh in on Tuesday, July 13 and do not need to sign up for a slot on Tuesday.
Track and Field Relay Form
A link to complete the track and field relay form will be shared closer to the start of the event. This form is due no later than 7:00pm on Friday, July 9, 2027.
Swim Relay Form
A link to complete the swim relay form will be shared closer to the start of the event. This form is due no later than 7:00pm on Monday, July 12, 2027.
