Athlete Fees
Entry fees cover access to competition, socials, educational sessions and clinics, medals for the top finishers, and an event communication app as well as a goody bag, credential, and event t-shirt.

3 sports $150
4 + sports $175
Late registration fee: $50
Additional Fees:
- Lunch ticket $12: Tuesday – Thursday
- Saturday – Monday: Food available for purchase by athletes at food trucks at Calvin University Track and Field Complex.
- Closing Celebrating ticket $10 (12 and younger), $20 (13 and older)
Military Athlete Nationals Benefits
All Military athletes receive free registration. They will be reimbursed at check-in on site at The Hartford Nationals. Learn more here.
Coach and Guide Fees
Coach
Entry fees will include access to Coaches’ meetings, competition field of play, socials, educational sessions and clinics, and an event communication app as well as a goody bag, credential, and event t-shirt.

*Coach registration will stay open through 7/16/2026. Coaches that register after 6/26/2026 are not guaranteed an event t-shirt or printed credential.
Guide

Refund Policy
The Hartford Nationals conducted by Move United have a no refund policy. All registrations are considered final upon submission. We will evaluate requests for a refund on a case by case basis for those with a medical or family emergency.
Qualify to Compete
You can qualify for the The Hartford Nationals at a Move United Sanctioned Competition near you! View the Move United Sanctioned Competitions Calendar. View qualifying criteria and eligibility information.
National Classification
National classification will be offered for archery, para powerlifting, swimming, and track and field. If you have a physical impairment and you require national classification, please schedule an appointment. If you have a visual impairment or an intellectual impairment and you require national classification, please follow procedures outlined here. Scroll down for links to the classification sign up forms.
Athlete Bios needed!
Athletes, please become an Individual Member of Move United. Following completing your membership, please complete the Athlete Bio by June 26, 2026 so that we can better promote your participation at The Hartford Nationals.
Shooting Qualifying Round Sign-Up
All athletes registered to compete in shooting must additionally sign up for a shooting qualifying round for Tuesday, July 14th. Please sign up at here.
