Ski Spectacular Lodging Donation Form
Since 1987, The Hartford Ski Spectacular, hosted by Move United, has served as one of the nation’s largest winter sports events for individuals with disabilities. From December 3-9, 2023 in Breckenridge, Colorado. Many of the nation’s Winter Paralympians, top adaptive snow sport instructors and other volunteers will be teaching wounded veterans, youth and adults with disabilities how to Alpine ski, snowboard, and Nordic ski, as well as provide biathlon, curling, figure skating, and sled hockey clinics. Through events like this one, Move United provides adaptive sports opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop independence, confidence and fitness through sports.
We are seeking your support in the form of lodging donation for the participants and volunteer instructors. Donations of this nature are crucial to bringing permanently disabled military and their supporters to the slopes of Breckenridge. Condos, hotel rooms, or homes of all sizes are needed for the nights of December 3-9, 2023. Checkout will be Saturday, December 9.
