Last year, over 20,000 people made a difference in the lives of others by volunteering their time and talent with Move United chapters!
One very important way you can support making sports available to people with disabilities is volunteering with your local chapter. With 200 chapters across the country, there is a good chance one near you.
Chapters are frequently looking for volunteer support in many different capacities: from helping acting as event staff (registering participants, assisting with event set up and break down, supporting individual wounded warriors during event) to providing transportation to/from events, marketing events, soliciting event sponsors, setting up adaptive equipment at events as well as ongoing office needs.
