The Director of Finance & Human Resources is a key member of Challenge Aspen’s leadership team, responsible for maintaining financial strategy, all day-to-day fiscal operations, compliance, and HR management for Challenge Aspen and the Challenge Aspen Endowment Fund (CAEF). This role combines hands-on accounting and reporting with strategic oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Additionally, the Director leads all HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee engagement.
