Move United, an affiliate of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee and a national leader in sports and recreation for individuals with disabilities is seeking someone preferably with experience working with Veterans with disabilities to fill the position of Member Services Coordinator to support its Warfighters and Warfighters Ambassador Program. Move United is an expanding, thriving charity dedicated to the life-changing power of sports for youth and adults with disabilities and focused on inclusion. Adaptive Sports Marketing and Communications Internship
The Adaptive Sports Marketing and Communications Intern will learn about the various marketing and communication strategies Move United utilizes and assist with the planning and logistics required to deliver large-scale national adaptive sports events and initiatives throughout the year.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
The internship involves supporting a variety of marketing/communications projects and event logistics.
Internship Period
March thru July 2026
Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST (40 hrs/week). Flexible hours available to accommodate differing time zones.
Location
Hybrid preferred (Move United Headquarters in Rockville, MD and remote). This internship may include in-person event attendance.
