The seasonal, full-time Summer Program Director leads the implementation and daily operations of TASP’s adaptive recreation programs including cycling, rock climbing, paddling, hiking and more during the summer season, May, 15-October, 15. This role is responsible for coordinating staff and volunteers, delivering high-quality participant experiences, managing logistics for day and multi-day programs, and ensuring safety, fun and compliance across all activities.

The Summer Program Director works closely with year-round leadership to execute established program plans while serving as the primary point of contact for instructors, volunteers, and participants throughout the summer.
