Kayleigh joined Move United in 2022 as the Director of Member Services. She has oversight of the Member Services team, including but not limited to organizational membership, individual membership, insurance, and risk management. She brings 15 years of experience in higher education administration to the team including experiences in college athletics, accessibility, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. McCauley-Sayer also brings membership experience from her work on the board of directors for the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A).
Kayleigh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Health Promotion from the University of New England, where she played softball and field hockey. She earned a Master of Science in Sports Management from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Higher Education with a specialization in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.
McCauley-Sayer and her wife Rachel reside in Germantown, MD with their golden retriever, Finnley and two cats Betty and Wink.
