Dr. Kayleigh McCauley-Sayer serves as Director of Member Services at Move United, where she oversees all aspects of member engagement across the organization. Her work includes supporting Member Organizations, Individual Members, and Warfighters, as well as overseeing the Insurance Program and Risk Management. She leads the Member Services team in recruiting and retaining members while ensuring everyone who engages with Move United has a positive experience and access to the resources needed to fully participate in the adaptive sports ecosystem.
Kayleigh lives in Maryland with her wife, Rachel, and their son, Benson. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and needlework, primarily cross-stitch, and stays connected to sport by watching and supporting women’s sports.
