Jeff Inouye has been a Summit County resident for over 30 years and has spent most of that time as a member of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center’s (BOEC) Adaptive Ski and Snowboard team. Jeff started as a volunteer with the program during the 1992-93 season, became a full-time instructor in 1994 and was promoted to the Assistant Program Director in 1998. Jeff took over the role of Ski Program Director in 2017 and has led the program with passion and commitment to this day.

In addition, Jeff shares his knowledge and expertise in the adaptive ski world in many ways including working with PSIA as National Team Selector for the Adaptive National Team, teaching adaptive OEC/ Chairlift evacuation clinics for National Ski Patrol as well as the at Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin, where BOEC operates.

Jeff is also a member of the ANSI ASC B77 committee for passenger tramways regulating all trams, gondolas and chairlifts in the US and has worked for the US Paralympic national alpine ski team.
