STAY SAFE

Without a doubt, the term or phrase of the year will be social distancing. Or maybe we should say physical distancing. We do need to maintain a safe physical distance from others, with the recommended six feet apart. We are in an ever-changing environment with this pandemic, so please adhere to CDC guidelines as well as national, state and local policies when it comes to their recommendations. Check out recommendations for assistive technology users here.

STAY CONNECTED

Let’s be there for each other!  Connect with your friends and followers on social media using the #AdaptatHome hashtag and let’s encourage each other during these challenging times. We’ve seen some fun, and creative, ways athletes have been able to #Adaptathome.
Join the challenge! You can participate in the #AdaptatHome challenge, too. Here are the three simple steps to engage:
  1. Create a quick video or take a photo of how you are staying active during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  2. Share the video or photo on your social media, tagging Move United and using #adaptathome.
  3. Challenge your family, friends, or neighbors to do the same: Tag a friend, or two, or 10. They have 24 hours to complete the challenge.

Check out how others #adaptathome!
