Move United Warfighter Ambassadors are critical to letting Veterans with disabilities know how and where to access sport.

As an ambassador, you represent Move United Warfighters with a dedication to service and the unique ability to be an advocate for people with disabilities. We need your help to further the mission and vision of Move United by getting more people with disabilities enjoying the benefits of adaptive sports!
– Be a qualified participant of Move United Warfighters
– Be willing to be a representative of Move United at events as requested/available
– Be an active member of your community
– Commit to actively engaging in the training provided to you by Move United
– Adhere to the Move United Warfighters Ambassador guidelines and code of conduct
Ambassadorial duties primarily focus on reaching and engaging Veterans in adaptive sports.
Additional responsibilities may include one or more of the following:
- Recruitment/Mentorship of new Move United members
- Speaking Opportunities
- Educating others around the benefits of an active lifestyle
- Disability awareness and inclusion advocacy
- Community Events
- Small Group Partner Meetings
- Special Stakeholder Opportunities
- Media appearances
- Participation in events
- Move United Warfighters branded apparel to identify you at events
- Key talking points
- Materials and resources to distribute
- Access to Move United Warfighters Sports Grant Program to support your own adaptive sports goals
- Recognition in Move United Magazine

- Priority consideration for additional event or grant opportunities
