Game Location
The 2025 USA Wheelchair Football League Championships will take place at the Kansas City Convention Center.
- Address for GPS: 301 West 13th Street, Kansas City, MO 64105
- Attendees should enter through the 2100 Lobby of Bartle Hall. Entrances are located on 13th Street between Broadway and Central St.
- Parking is available in paid garages or street parking. Please ensure you leave yourself plenty of time to park and get to the field site before kickoff.

The host hotel for the USA Wheelchair Football League Championships is the Marriott Downtown Kansas City (200 W. 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64105).

REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
Support Move United staff with checking in attendees and handing out fun goodies.
STATS TRACKER
Volunteer will ensure players stats will be kept in the historical record by using a web-based phone app to note various plays and tag them to a player. Training on the app and assistance is provided onsite by staff members.
DOWN PERSON
Volunteer will ensure that teams and officials can help track the current down by manning the Down Marker on the field. Volunteer will be led by on-field Down Judge to provide support.
BALL PERSON
Volunteer will ensure officials always have access to at least one ball on the field by following the field of play and tossing a ball into the official should the game ball go out of bounds.
CLASSIFICATION TRACKER
Volunteer will use a web-based app to help track on-field classification. Volunteer will select players currently on the field, and the app will calculate if the team is within the allotted requirements. Training for the app will be provided on-site with assistance available from staff members.
