Classification Screening Form
Each athlete within the USA Wheelchair Football League should begin the process of classification by filling out a screening form. Based on the team selection, your form will be sent to your registered Team Classifiers, along with Move United keeping a copy. This helps to ensure you only have to fill out required paperwork one time.
Based on your Team Classifiers recommendations and Team Administrator requests, Move United will assign classification appointments at a tournament. Care will be taken to ensure parity in the number of appointments per team along with working to ensure as many athletes get classified as we’re able to accommodate.

July 26th, 2024 was the final date for classification requests for the 2024 season. Athletes looking to participate and be classified for the USA Wheelchair Football League will be reviewed next season.
