Classification Protest Form

If you believe a player has been classed improperly, please use the form below to lodge a protest. The protest should be lodged by a team representative, not the athlete themselves. Protests can be lodged for any player within the league.

Classification protests are $30, which is a non-refundable fee. Protests follow the process outlined within the USA Wheelchair Football League Classification Manual, and the results of the protest are final.
