Team Reviewer - Team Sport Proposed Classification Upload Supplements
Each year prior to the start of the season, Team Reviewers must submit their team rosters and Team Sport Proposed Classifications for any player who does not already have a Proposed or Confirmed class. Please use the form below to upload your team’s roster and any information to support your classification proposal.

This form will allow you to upload information for up to 14 players at one time. For each player, EVERY field must be filled in to qualify for a Sport Class Team Proposed Classification.
This form will close 6 weeks prior to the start of the 2nd tournament to ensure all reviewers have at least 3 weeks to cross-check their assigned teams’ classifications.
July 26th, 2024 was the final date for classification requests for the 2024 season. Athletes looking to participate and be classified for the USA Wheelchair Football League will be reviewed next season.
