Using the form below, please select any items your team would be interested in receiving. Please note that selecting an item does not guarantee that you will receive it as we will do our best to evenly distribute the items between interested teams.
Additionally, note that by selecting an item you agree to be responsible for covering the shipment cost of the equipment from its origin location of San Pedro, CA to the destination of your choice. We will work to consolidate as many items as possible to cut down on potential costs.
Sports chairs will be shipped individually and have an estimated shipment cost at around $500 per sport chair.
