About the Tournament Feedback Form

The USA Wheelchair Football League is committed to providing the highest quality experience for all participants. In order to make meaningful progress towards this goal, having a clear understanding of the experiences, perspectives, and needs of those throughout the league is essential to our continued development. The purpose of this form is to provide participants with the opportunity to share feedback in a respectful, constructive, and detailed manner while remaining in accordance with the League’s 24-Hour Rule.

Move United will review the contents of all submissions and will be in touch if additional follow up is necessary.
