2025 Adaptive Sports Calendar Highlights the Power of Sport

Move United uses the power of sport to push what’s possible for people with disabilities, confronting ignorance, fueling conversation, and inciting action that leads us to a world where everyone’s included. As the largest adaptive sports organization in the country, Move United serves over 125,000 youth, wounded warriors and adults annually through 240 Move United member organizations in 45 states and the District of Columbia.

Over 70 different adaptive sports are offered across the country, including alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding, sled hockey, wheelchair basketball, golf, cycling, swimming, scuba, track & field, archery, climbing, hiking, and more. To highlight the various adaptive sports available, Move United has produced the 2025 Adaptive Sports Calendar which features various athletes and adaptive sports, a listing of Move United members across the country, and other resources and information.

Photographers include Tommy Pierucki, Amanda Dyer, Brandon Skinner, Dave Elmore, Sydney Verlinde, Emily Ostroff, Brandon Merry, Keith Arimura, Timothy Brown, Will Keyworth, Chris Bartkowski, Reed Hoffmann, and Nolan Blunck. Featured athletes include Alana Nichols, a 5X Paralympian and multi-sport Paralympic medalist, Track & Field Athlete Autumn Fought, USA Wheelchair Football Player Jason Rizzo, Veteran Nick Pelletier, Wheelchair Basketball Player Jerome Montgomery Jr., Scarlett Measles, Lewis Kamuria, and other youth, wounded warfighters and adults with physical disabilities.

Move United knows the way people view disability is far from reality. This calendar was developed to help shift the narrative and redefine what disability looks like. Sports make us more—more determined, more powerful, more ourselves.  And they show the world what we can do. To download your free electronic copy of the 2025 Adaptive Sports Calendar, click here.
