Mind Body Solutions, a leader in integrated health movement, is excited to announce that it will be offering a 5-part webinar series in partnership with Move United every Tuesday in June at 2pm (Eastern). Webinar recordings are available on the Move United YouTube Channel.
The free webinars will cover various topics of interest for people with disabilities, their caregivers, and others who provide services in healthcare, sport, and recreation. The teachings of Mind Body Solutions are based on the insights and firsthand experience of Matthew Sanford, who has lived with a spinal cord injury for 41 years and is a leading voice in adaptive yoga. By learning to experience a pose beyond muscular effort required for the physical shape, one can gain appreciation for the inner sensations of the pose. Fostering this mind/body awareness can have profound impacts on mental wellbeing and athletic performance.
