Stephen Machak recently graduated from Loyola University Maryland with his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting. He currently works for Ernst & Young's Baltimore office as an Assurance Staff. Adaptive athletics is a passion of his, as he experienced the benefits growing up as a member of Children's Lightning Wheels. He was able to find great success as a swimmer, earning a spot on the Division I swim team at Loyola, and being able to swim under former Paralympic National Team coach Brian Loeffler. While in Baltimore, he also volunteers with the Bennett Blazers Physically Challenged Sports Team, sharing his passion for swimming with young athletes. In addition, he serves as a mentor and contributes to the operations of Stay-Focused, an adaptive SCUBA Diving program.
