USA Wheelchair Football League Classification
ABOUT CLASSIFICATION
Classification is a process for grouping players into sport classes to ensure that ability versus disability determines which player and team succeeds on the field.
All athletes who wish to compete in the USA Wheelchair Football League are required to go through classification prior to competing in Move United sanctioned tournaments. This begins with their trained team classifier who will provide a Proposed sport class that can be used until they are able to see a classification panel.
It is the responsibility of players, coaches and team support personnel to understand the requirements of the classification rules prior to attending a USA Wheelchair Football League Tournament.

Register as a Team Reviewer
Team Reviewers are a core piece of the classification process. Each team should have a minimum of one active Team Reviewer per season. Learn more about becoming a team reviewer and submit your required information, including SafeSport Certification here.

Classification Screening Form
Each Year, Move United will strive to provide Medical and Technical Classification panels available at tournaments. Submit a screening form here to qualify for an available appointment.
Team Reviewer Roster Uploads
Each Summer, Team Reviewers need to upload their team's roster with any new athletes who are starting the classification process to propose a class and provide evidence to support their proposed class. If you're a Team Reviewer, please click here to upload your team rosters.
Lodge a Protest
Feel your player was classed incorrectly? Click here to lodge a protest.
Protest must be lodged by a team administrator, not directly by an athlete.
