Creation of a free Move United Individual Membership account is required to submit your 2025 Season Registration. You will be prompted to either create an account or sign into your existing account before you can complete your 2025 Season Registration.

Who Should Complete Their Season Registration?
Season Registration is required for any Athlete, Team Support Staff, or Official who plans on participating in the 2025 Regular Season & Post Season. (See descriptions below for reference)
Season Registration must be 100% complete prior to any USA Wheelchair Football League Sanctioned Competition participation.
Teams may have any number of Athletes and Team Support Staff register for the 2025 Season. However, all registrants must comply with outlined Registration, Eligibility, Classification, Roster, and Tournament deadlines & procedures.
Athletes
Individuals 18 years or older as of August 1st, 2025 who plan to participate in a USA Wheelchair Football League Sanctioned Competition as an Athlete during any point in the 2025 Regular Season & Post Season.
Team Support Staff
Individuals who plan to be on the sideline to support a team during competition at a USAWFL Sanctioned Competition during any point in the 2025 Regular Season & Post Season.
Examples of Eligible Team Support Staff Members: Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Team Administrators, Equipment Tech, Medical Staff, Team Reviewer
Examples of Eligible Team Support Staff Members: Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Team Administrators, Equipment Tech, Medical Staff, Team Reviewer
Examples of NON-Eligible Team Support Staff Members: Friends, Family, Photographers
Officials
Individuals who will Officiate at any point within the 2025 Regular Season or Post Season.
Additional Registration Information
Late Registration Request
Submitting a Late Registration Request is required for any Athlete or Team Support Staff who needs to register for the 2025 Season past the 2025 Season Registration Close Date of July 31st, 2025. This includes NEW and PREVIOUS USAWFL registrants/participants.

Tournament Rosters
Tournament Roster Rules & Regulations
All listed members must have completed their full 2025 Season Registration & Waivers and must comply to all outlined Registration, Tournament, Eligibility, and Classification deadlines & procedures.
- All teams must submit a legal roster of Athletes and Team Support Staff by the respective Tournament’s Roster Submission Deadline: 3 Weeks prior to tournament start
- Tournament Roster Submissions must be completed by a team’s Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Administrator.
- Rosters may contain changes of Athletes and/or Team Support Staff from Tournament to Tournament but must comply with the USA Wheelchair Football League Rule Book (Rule 5, Pages 24-31) and Roster Rules & Regulations.
- Any individual not listed on team’s roster is not permitted to be on the sideline/team bench during gameplay.
- Any individual not listed on a team’s roster will not receive Tournament Hospitality Privileges.

- Examples of potential privileges: Complimentary Meals, Airport Transportation, Tournament Giveaways, etc.

Tournament Roster Capacity
- Athletes: Maximum of 14, Minimum of 7
- Must contain a legal Classification Lineup of no more than 21 points
- Maximum of 21 athletes for a team within driving distance may be rostered
- Minimum of 3 Veterans must be rostered
- Team Support Staff: Maximum of 6
- Includes: Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Team Administrators, Equipment Tech, Medical Staff, General Support
