Track and Field Classification Sign Up

Move United / Events / The Hartford Nationals /

This sign up is for athletes with a PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT needing track and field classification in order to compete in the 2026 The Hartford Nationals conducted by Move United. In addition, to completing this form, you must submit the National Medical Diagnosis Form to the USATF Classification Coordinator at Classification@usatf.org. Please submit this form by Friday, June 12. If you are signing up for a classification appointment after this deadline, please submit your classification paperwork ASAP.

Additionally, all athletes requesting classification for a PHYSICAL IMPAIRMENT must become members of USATF. The begin the USATF membership process, athletes can click here. Once you have completed this requirement, forward your membership confirmation email to classification@usatf.org.
