2026 Athlete Medical Clearance Form

Updated Protocol for 2026 Learn To Ski and Snowboard Program: In the interests of safety, athletes who receive instruction within the Learn to Ski and Snowboard program are required to complete the athlete medical clearance form [linked here and shown below] that must be signed by a licensed medical professional prior to the event. Failure to provide a completed form prior to the event will result in the inability to participate in The Hartford Ski Spectacular

Please register early for the event to give yourself plenty of time to obtain any necessary signatures.
