All participants must check in before joining any activities.
Check-In Location:  Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center

Sunday, December 6

    • Location: Conference Rooms 1-3 (3rd Floor)
    • Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Monday, December 7 – Friday, December 11

    • Location: Outside Conference Room 2 (3rd Floor)
    • Time: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM


2026 Registration Fees

    • Early Bird Registration (until October 2): $75
    • Regular Registration (October 3 – 30): $98
    • On-Site Registration: $109 (additional program fees may apply) Additional program fees apply for lessons, rising racers, race camp, instructor academy courses, equipment rental, and banquet tickets.


All fees are nonrefundable
once registration closes on October 33, 2026. This includes the base registration fee and all program add-ons. No exceptions for illness or other circumstances.

Required Waivers

Move United Liability Waiver & Media Release

    • All staff, participants, instructors and volunteers are required to sign a Move United Waiver & Release of Liability Form at the event. Anyone who does not sign the liability waiver cannot be permitted to participate.
    • Anyone 17 years of age or younger or anyone 18 years of age or older who has a cognitive disability that renders their sole signature non-binding who is traveling to the event without a parent or legal guardian must bring a correctly signed waiver with them.


Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is intended to help provide a positive experience for all and applies to the duration of The Hartford Ski Spectacular.

Move United requires that participants conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner to help maintain a fun and comfortable environment throughout the program. All event participants including athletes, staff, clinicians, instructors, coaches and volunteers must read and adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Athlete Medical Clearance Form

Updated Protocol for 2026 Learn To Ski and Snowboard Program: In the interests of safety, athletes who receive instruction within the Learn to Ski and Snowboard program are required to complete the athlete medical clearance form [linked here] that must be signed by a licensed medical professional prior to the event. Failure to provide a completed form prior to the event will result in the inability to participate in The Hartford Ski Spectacular. Send the completed form to Micaela Venus, mvenus@moveunitedsport.org by Friday, November 13, 2026.

Please register early for the event to give yourself plenty of time to obtain any necessary signatures.
