We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Seasonal Summer Program Specialist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering inclusive outdoor recreation programs in the Flathead Valley.  Specific focus of this position is providing in-field support of the cycling and mountain biking programs, with additional support of the water sports program as needed and as the schedule allows.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor recreation, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and be committed to fostering a supportive environment for participants of all abilities.
