$22 – $30 hr, based on experience and certification

The Equine Program Coordinator will assist in overseeing the STARS Riding Center at Zen Ranch to ensure the safety, health, fitness, and the overall well-being of the horses as well as participants. This position will assist in the selection of new horses and the training of existing horses. The Equine Program Coordinator will be an equine instructor, assist in initial evaluation, lesson plans, and coordinating volunteers during riding lessons. This position will coordinate with the Program Manager as needed and the Operations Manager on registration, and will report to the Adaptive Sports Specialist.
