Susan Rossi

Susan Rossi joined Move United in 2015 and serves as Director of Competition, where she leads competition strategy across the organization. In her role, she oversees the Move United Sanctioned Competitions, The Hartford Competition Series, and The Hartford Nationals, helping expand high-quality competitive opportunities across the adaptive sports landscape.
Susan is a mission-driven sport and rehabilitation professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the Paralympic and adaptive sports industry. Her background includes extensive work with Move United Member Organizations and the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Kansas, a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership Management from Arizona State University, and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. Susan lives outside Denver with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga, paddleboarding, live music, traveling, and exploring new places with family and friends.
