Move United recognizes that as the leader in the adaptive sports and recreation industry, we must assist our group member organizations in providing benchmarks for business standards, including employment salaries. This report aims to provide salary and compensation trends among Move United member organizations. The Move United Member Services team plans to collect data and publish this report every three years. Please note that salary and compensation philosophies may differ from organization to organization, based on a variety of factors. Factors such as location, management, and overall business operations must be considered when making decisions about salary and compensation structures.
This survey was sent out to all member organizations in September 2022. Respondents were asked to answer questions based on their most recent completed fiscal year.
