Move United recognizes that as the leader in the adaptive sports and recreation industry, we must assist our group member organizations in providing benchmarks for business standards, including employment salaries. We strive to help provide meaningful resources and benefits to our member organizations. This report aims to provide salary and compensation trends among Move United member organizations. The Move United Member Services team plans to collect data and publish this report every three years. Please note that salary and compensation philosophies may differ from organization to organization, based on a variety of factors. Factors such as location, management, and overall business operations must be considered when making decisions about salary and compensation structures.

The information and data collected will be utilized to help determine the industry salary rates among our member organizations. This information will be shared with Move United Member Organizations through mean and median rates of pay utilizing a range of measures. Please answer these questions based on your most recent completed fiscal year. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
