Move United has undertaken a national Sport Protection policy to promote an environment free of misconduct and abuse. To this end, member organizations of Move United are required to adopt a written Sport Protection policy that meets the minimum standards of Move United, and made publicly available to the member’s community.
Move United has created a series of Sport Protection templates to facilitate members’ policy engagement. The templates below represent a general outline/tool that can be incorporated into your individual Sport Protection Plan. While these tools will help jump-start your work in this space, Move United recommends that each organization have its final documents reviewed by counsel familiar with your local requirements and needs.
