Adaptive Sports Partners

Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities, in the North Country of New Hampshire and Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, by building community, confidence, and skills, through sport, recreation, and adventure.

Our vision is to build a community where everyone can experience and excel at sport, recreation, and adventure.

Our programs span the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont and the North Country of New Hampshire. From mountain trails to serene lakeshores, we’re here to bring the joy of adaptive sports to these beautiful regions.

Adaptive Sports Partners is for athletes of all disabilities; physical, developmental, emotional, and behavioral disabilities. Our athletes have diverse needs – some may require adaptive equipment, some specialized instruction, and some both.
