2025 Move United Education Conference
This exhibitior opportunity is available to organizations and companies with resources and/or equipment that positively impact adaptive sports. The Move United Education conference is a unique opportunity to reach a targeted audience that interescts with the disability community in sport and recreation. As one of the nation’s largest education events for adaptive sport providers, the event sees attendees including instructors, therapists, educators, National Governing Bodies, medical professionals, athletes, clinicians, volunteers, and winter sports instructors. Exhibitor Fee: $800 (Non-Profit Discount – $600)
Move United Education Conference Exhibitors will receive:
- (1) 6 ft. display table Tuesday 5/6/2025 – Wednesday 5/7/2025. If your set-up requires additional space, please note you will be able asked to pay for the additional “table” space onsite. Event check in is 5/5/2025.
- 2 hours of event exhibitor-exclusive time between 5/6/2025 – 5/7/2025
- Company listed on event app and on event website
- Opportunity to promote attendance at event.
- Opportunity to include item in event goody bag
- 1 complimentary event registration
- 50% discount on additional exhibitor staff registrations
- Opportunity to participate in “Exhibitor Demo Session” for additional $75. Sign-up will be available when registration launches.
Exhibitor requirements:
- Meet the following insurance requirements:
- Name Move United, 451 Hungerford Drive Suite 608, Rockville Md 20850 as an additional insured for the duration of the event (5/6/2025-5/7/2025) and provide a certificate of insurance as evidence of the required coverage by March 28th, 2025. Having insurance will help protect your company should a claim arise for something that occurs while participants are using your equipment. Please keep a copy of your company’s proof of insurance certificate available for the duration of the event.
- Provide Move United with proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance with not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence limit including: Coverage for Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal and Advertising Injury, Products-Completed Operations and not less than $2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit.
- Exhibitors failing to provide the required proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance by March 28th, 2025 will not be able to demonstrate their equipment during the 2025 Move United Education Conference.

- May 6th 8am – 9:30am
- Exhibitor Hours:
- May 6th 9:30am – 3:30pm
- **Exhibitor Demos: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
- May 7th 9:30am – 2:45pm
- May 6th 9:30am – 3:30pm
- Exhibitor-Exclusive Hours:
- May 6th 1:35pm – 2:35pm
- May 7th 11:15pm – 12:15pm
